TORONTO – Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Toronto’s west end.
Toronto police say they were called around 5 a.m. to the area of Davenport Road and Osler Street, near the 11 Division police station, and found a man with gunshot wounds.
They say life-saving measures were performed but the man died at the scene.
Police say it’s too early to say whether they are looking for one or multiple suspects, or how many shots were fired.
They say officers are in the area to collect evidence and identify witnesses.
A stretch of Osler Street is closed to traffic due to the investigation.
