Firefighters respond to vacant house on Aberdeen

Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Services responded to a fire in a vacant, two-and-a-half storey house in the 400 block of Aberdeen Avenue, shortly before noon Sunday.
When crews arrived, they found smoke coming from the building and launched an interior fire attack, getting the fire under control at 12:23 p.m.
Firefighters searched the residence and found no occupants. There were no injuries reported.
The building was previously damaged by fires in February and July.
There is no estimate of the damage and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
