The Winnipeg Jets have put a pair of players on waivers as they get down to their final roster cuts.
Defenceman Ville Heinola and forward Walker Duehr will both be sent to the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League unless another team makes a claim by Monday afternoon.
Sunday’s moves leave the Jets with 24 healthy skaters on their roster. They must get down to a maximum of 23 by Monday.
