Mounties seize $300K worth of cocaine in Thompson 

Police seized a large amount of cocaine with an estimated street value of about $335,000 in Thompson last week.

After obtaining a search warrant, officers raided a home on Riverside Drive on Nov. 4. They seized about 4.5 kilograms of cocaine, a large amount of cash, ammunition, several gun magazines, several Rolex watches and drug-related paraphernalia.

A 27-year-old man was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with several offences. Police arrested a 35-year-old woman Friday. Both people were remanded into custody.
