Mounties are searching for a man after two trucks were stolen and a victim’s credit card was used.

Oakbank RCMP were called after a red pickup was stolen from a business on Gunn Road in the Rural Municipality of Springfield shortly after 12:30 p.m. Monday. The owner had left the card in the truck.

Police obtained video from businesses where the card was used. The video shows a man getting out of a different truck — a black Ford F-150 — stolen from Winnipeg.

RCMP found the red truck at the Oakbank Community Recreation Arena at about 10:20 a.m. Wednesday and arrested a woman sleeping inside.

A 32-year-old Long Plain First Nation woman is facing a charge of possession of property obtained by crime.

RCMP are asking the public’s help to identify the man seen in the black truck. Mounties asked anyone with information about him to call the Oakbank detachment at 204-444-3391 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
