The Manitoba government launched a new $2,500 business security rebate Thursday, with a pool of $10 million to help eligible owners buy equipment or cover the cost of vandalism repairs.
The rebate is being offered on a first-come, first-served basis to businesses with no more than 75 employees per location.
Security cameras, alarm systems and motion detectors are among the upgrades that are eligible for the program.
