OTTAWA – Another night, another loss for the Winnipeg Jets.
This time, a 4-2 setback on Saturday night in Ottawa — their ninth straight game without a victory (0-6-3).
Adam Lowry opened the scoring with a shorthanded breakaway goal, but the Senators stormed back with three straight to seize control.
Kyle Connor cut the deficit to one during the third period, only for the Jets to quickly give the goal right back.
The Jets are now an NHL-worst 15-21-4 on the season, including just 6-18-4 in the past 28 games.
They open a five-game homestand on Tuesday night against the Vegas Golden Knights.
