TORONTO – The Toronto Tempo have acquired the 26th pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft from the Chicago Sky.
The Tempo will not pick from Chicago’s unprotected list at Friday’s expansion draft in return.
Toronto also holds the sixth, 22nd and 36th picks at the WNBA Draft on April 13.
The Tempo, who have yet to acquire a player, have a short runway to stock their roster ahead of the 2026 season.
The Tempo make their WNBA debut in a pre-season game against the Connecticut Sun before kicking off their inaugural WNBA campaign May 8 against Washington at Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum
