Scheifele hits milestone, leads Jets to victory

Mark Scheifele hit another impressive milestone to help propel the Winnipeg Jets to an important victory.

By recording three assists in a 6-2 triumph over the Seattle Kraken on Monday, Scheifele moved to 97 points for the season and surpassed 900 career points (901).

The Jets power play played a prominent role in the outcome, converting all three power play opportunities, to pace the offensive attack.

Kyle Connor scored twice, while Jonathan Toews and Gabriel Vilardi added a goal and an assist.

Making a seventh consecutive start, Connor Hellebuyck made 22 saves for the Jets, who improved to 34-31-12 and are back in action on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues.
