PRINCE GEORGE – Mounties in Prince George, B.C., say a man has been arrested after an object was thrown at the window of a passing ambulance last week.
RCMP say they were called shortly after 4 p.m. on Thursday when two paramedics were injured on the 600-block of First Avenue.
Cpl. Jennifer Cooper says in a statement that witnesses came forward to provide police with the information they needed to make an arrest.
The statement does not provide details on the extent of the paramedics’ injuries or what the object was.
Police say the man was released on an undertaking with a future court date.
They say their investigation is ongoing.
