Golf courses opening soon in Winnipeg

Golfers in Winnipeg will soon be able to hit the links.

Municipal golf courses will open for the season on Saturday, said a news release from the city on Wednesday.

Tee times can now be booked at any of the city’s golf courses, including the Canoe Club, Crescent Drive, Kildonan Park and Windsor Park.

Residents can book spots online, or they can call the pro shop or 311.

Special rates on green fees at Canoe Club, Kildonan Park and Windsor Park until May 9.

The Lorette Golf Course also opened for the season on Tuesday.
