A man accused of breaking into a Beausejour home has been arrested.
Mounties were called to a break-and-enter at a home in the community just before 2:30 a.m. on March 29, after homeowners heard loud noises coming from the front door and saw a man trying to kick it in, RCMP said.
The man saw the homeowners and ran off. Officers, as well as a drone operator and a police dog, were not able to find the suspect and RCMP asked the public to help find the man earlier this month.
The 22-year-old man was arrested Saturday while inside a vehicle at a Selkirk business, RCMP said Thursday.
He was arrested without incident and faces charges of break and enter, mischief and failing to comply with a release order.
