Second suspect charged in December Arlington Street homicide

A second person has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting at an Arlington Street home in December.

Police arrested 32-year-old Honesty Cullen on Saturday and charged her with manslaughter in relation to 37-year-old Caleb Joshua Johnston’s death. She remains in custody.

Officers were originally called to a disturbance at a home in the 1300 block of Arlington Street shortly after 3 p.m. on Dec. 12, where they found Johnston, who had died from a gunshot wound.

Police had previously arrested 32-year-old Hugh Keith Switzer, who was charged with second-degree murder and multiple firearms offences. He remains in custody awaiting further court proceedings.
