MORSE, SASKATCHEWAN – Mounties say an RCMP detachment in southern Saskatchewan has burned down.
RCMP say a fire at the Morse detachment happened Sunday, but no one was in the building at the time and no injuries were reported.
Five investigators with the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency are working to determine the cause of the fire and where it started.
RCMP say investigators believe the fire is not suspicious.
Morse RCMP officers are to continue to police communities in the detachment area with help from Swift Current rural RCMP.
Residents requiring criminal record checks or other services are asked to visit the Swift Current detachment.
