Vancouver police say a suspect is in custody following a shooting late Saturday afternoon near Spanish Banks Beach.
A police statement says witness reports began coming in around 4:50 p.m., recounting two masked men shooting at an occupied, parked vehicle.
Police say they later located and apprehended one suspect in relation to the shooting in East Vancouver.
There has been no word on the second alleged shooter.
Investigators say, so far, there have been no reports of any victims or any indication of a motive.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
