WINNIPEG — Bon Jovi fans could be in for a soggy concert tonight at Canad Inns Stadium.
A severe thunderstorm watch that was in effect for Winnipeg earlier today was lifted late this afternoon, but the Environment Canada forecast for tonight is for cloudy skies with 40 percent chance of showers early this evening and risk of a thunderstorm.
Umbrellas will not be allowed into the stadium, so fans will have to make do with raincoats — and stadium officials reminded concert-goers today that once they have entered the stadium they will not be allowed to leave and re-enter, so bring that raincoat when you first go in.
Skies are expected to clear near midnight, with a low of 12 C. Clearing near midnight. Low 12.
The forecast for Sunday calls for increasing cloudiness, with a high of 21.
