Celebrity astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson is set to deliver an interstellar lecture at the Centennial Concert Hall on Dec. 5.

Titled The Search for Life in the Universe, deGrasse Tyson’s talk blends science with humour while delving into the search for habitable planets, the possibility of intelligent life and what it means for humanity.

“To declare the Earth is the only planet in the universe with life would be inexcusably bigheaded of us,” he writes in a media release.

Tickets go on sale Thursday at noon at centennialconcerthall.com. Prices weren’t announced.
