Be patient with partners, spouses and friends to avoid conflicts. There’s a lot of energy flying around, and it can either be used for good (getting things done, making improvements) or you can waste it arguing with someone.

Many people are irritable. However, you are in the position of being able to use the energy to make improvements to where you work. You might introduce reforms or better ways of doing things. Don’t get sucked into an argument.
