After being held over in Winnipeg twice due to popular demand, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition is pushing off.

The exhibit, which was viewed by 87,243 people since opening at the MTS Centre Exhibition Hall on Feb. 12, closed Sunday.

Following in the Titanic’s wake will be Da Vinci: The Genius, which is slated to run Aug. 19 to Oct. 23.

The exhibition will showcase the full scope of Leonardo Da Vinci’s genius as an inventor, artist, anatomist, sculptor, architect and musician. It will feature reproductions of his most famous Renaissance art, including the Mona Lisa, Virgin of the Rocks and The Anunciation.
