The holidays will bring the gift of Stuart McLean and his folksy storytelling from the Vinyl Cafe.
McLean, the author and host of the popular CBC Radio program, will bring the Vinyl Cafe Christmas Concert to the Centennial Concert Hall on Dec. 7 and 8.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Aug. 21 at Ticketmaster outlets and range in price from $35 to $55 plus service charges. A presale is being held for Vinyl Cafe newsletter subscribers on Aug. 19.
McLean has sold over one million books in Canada and the shows will mark the release of a new book, Vinyl Cafe Turns the Page, which comes out in September.
