Instructor, graphic design, Red River College
“I just finished reading Flash Boys: A Wall Street Revolt by Michael Lewis. I appreciated Lewis’s ability to explain nuanced technical information (in this case high-frequency trading in the U.S. stock market) by anchoring it to the stories of unique individuals involved in different capacities within the HFT industry. By choice or by circumstance, each reacts to the situations in which they put or find themselves in personal, surprising and sometimes controversial ways.”
