Vicki Shae
Winnipeg Blue Bombers in-game host
“I’m a Saturday Night Live groupie of sorts. I find the history and the process of crafting each show fascinating and because of that, I’ve read almost every book ever written about it and its alumni. Bossypants by Tina Fey is, by far, the standout of the bunch. And I don’t want to oversell this, but it’s the best book I’ve ever read. It goes far beyond the show, telling the brutally honest and hilarious story of how an awkward child became an unapologetic, awkward queen of comedy. When a book makes you laugh out loud on your second reading (making the rest of the airplane passengers think you’re crazy), you know it’s a good read.”
