Hey there, time traveller!

Here’s the truth: one of the world’s best-known guitarists is coming to Winnipeg in October.
This fall Jeff Beck will undertake a coast-to-coast Canadian tour with a stop at the Pantages Playhouse Theatre on Oct. 22. Ticket information wasn’t announced Tuesday.
Beck is best known as a member of the Yardbirds (he replaced Eric Clapton in 1965) and as leader of the Jeff Beck Group, whose albums Truth and Beck-Ola in the late 1960s featured Rod Stewart and then-bassist Ronnie Wood.

The 66-year-old multiple Grammy winner is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His new album, Rock ’N’ Roll Party, is a tribute to Les Paul.
