Country superstars Eric Church, Paul Brandt and Dallas Smith will join Florida Georgia Line as headliners for the 29th annual Dauphin’s Countryfest, which takes place June 28 to July 1, 2018.
Countrfyest organizers had already announced at the 2017 festival that Florida Georgia Line, seven-time Academy of Country Music Award winners, would headline the festival’s Friday night, June 29. Smith, who won single and album of the year honours at the recent CCMA Awards in Saskatoon, joins the duo on that evening’s bill along with the James Barker Band, Aaron Pritchett and Chris Henderson.
Eric Church, the North Carolina artist whose hits include Smoke a Little Smoke and Give Me Back My Hometown, headlines the June 30 evening, along with another North Carolinian, Luke Combs.

Paul Brandt, Canada’s most honoured male country artist, tops the bill on Canada Day, which also includes two groups from Alberta’s Peace River region, Emerson Drive and High Valley.
Countryfest, Canada’s longest running country music festival, opens the evening of June 28, with the B.C. country-rockers the Road Hammers and Edmonton singer Dan Davidson performing at Countryfest’s hilltop Bell MTS Stage.
More acts will be announced later as details are firmed up by organizers and promoters.
“We couldn’t be happier with the way things are shaping up for 2018, and we’re looking forward to hosting some of the biggest acts in country music, along with some of Canada’s best homegrown artists,” says Countryfest producer Rob Waloschuk in a release.
Tickets and weekend passes go on sale Nov. 6 at 9 a.m. and can be purchased online at countryfest.ca, by calling 1-800-361-7300 or in person at the Countryfest office at 28 2nd Ave. NE in Dauphin.
