Right around the same time local fans enjoy the vast amenities that only a new venue can bring, Manitoba’s neighbours to the west could be erecting a mammoth, multi-purpose stadium complex in the heart of Regina, painting Winnipeg green with envy in the process. This comeuppance will not sit well with those who consider Manitoba a cut above Saskatchewan, and could cause panic in the streets of River City.
