WINNIPEG — Shaw Cable says it is having problems with its PVR system, which is causing home cable systems to not only show that PVR memory is at 100 per cent, but also to start deleting recorded programs.

WINNIPEG — Shaw Cable says it is having problems with its PVR system, which is causing home cable systems to not only show that PVR memory is at 100 per cent, but also to start deleting recorded programs.

Until the problem is rectified, a Shaw staffer says this morning that you can unplug your PVR box for 30 seconds, either from the unit itself or from the power source, which should prevent any further deletion of programs.
