The Winnipeg Blue Bombers added two more players to the list of rookies who will be on the field at Canad Inns Stadium Wednesday afternoon for the opening of training camp.
The Bombers announced Tuesday that they have signed import receivers Isaac Anderson and Victor James.
Anderson (5-10, 176) attended Washington Redskins training camp in 2011 and is 22nd all-time on the University of Wisconsin receiving yards list.
James (6-1, 204) was a backup quarterback at New Mexico but converted to receiver in his senior year and caught 35 passes for 398 yards and three TDs. He was signed by the Seattle Seahawks in 2010 but was released before the pre-season. He spent last season in the Arena Football League.
The Bombers are also expected to announce either later today or tomorrow that they have signed offensive lineman Tyson Pencer, their first pick (3rd overall) in the CFL Entry Draft earlier this month.
With the addition of Pencer, the Bombers will have 37 players in rookie camp, which runs Wednesday-Friday, including four veteran quarterbacks.
