Winnipeg’s largest new residential neighbourhood since Waverley West has cleared the first hurdle at city hall — with no discussion.
City council’s property committee has approved the first reading of a plan to open up 325 hectares of land on the south side of Charleswood.
The vote was unanimous. There was no debate.
