Hey there, time traveller!

The Bombers have announced they are making GM Joe Mack available to the media this morning, presumably to talk about Hefney.
THE Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ Jonathan Hefney — already under the microscope during training camp for his play — is now faced with a much bigger issue.
The 28-year-old defensive back has been charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in Rock Hill, S.C. on May 31. What’s worse is the club apparently wasn’t made aware of the charge until late Monday after a report by The Rock Hill Herald.
The Herald, citing a police report, said Hefney was pulled over at 1:20 a.m. for speeding. The officer smelled marijuana when Hefney rolled down his window and a search of his truck discovered 6.2 grams of marijuana.

Hefney was issued a ticket for a first-offence possession and will have to appear in court on June 19 — the day before the Bombers are to complete their 2013 preseason with a game in Guelph, Ont. against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
“It’s sad that we even have to be talking about something like this,” said Bomber head coach Tim Burke on his weekly CJOB radio show. “To be quite honest with you, we didn’t find out about this ourselves as an organization until late this afternoon, so we’re gathering the facts on this.”
Marijuana is not a banned substance under CFL policy but the Bombers have been pushing respect and professionalism to the players during training camp.
Hefney signed a new contract with the club over the winter.
Interestingly, on June 1 Hefney — who has openly spoken about using marijuana on Twitter — used his account to tweet: “After last night I’m blessed gotta make the most out of everything in front of me…. #BLESSED.”
