WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Jets have reassigned centre Patrice Cormier to the AHL’s St. John’s IceCaps.
Cormier, recalled Oct. 17, played in three games for the Jets but didn’t appear in any of the team’s four games on the recently completed road trip.
The 23-year-old forward had no points in his three games here and will likely rejoin the IceCaps in time for their Friday home game against Portland.

The 5-7-2 Jets are off today and resume practice on Thursday ahead of their Saturday afternoon home game against Chicago.
