Environment Canada is forecasting another day of below-normal temperatures for the Manitoba capital, with a daytime high of -6 C this afternoon. The sunshine should provide some warmth if you can ignore the cool north wind blowing at 30 km/h.
Tonight’s low is expected to drop down to -21 C, with a wind chill of -27.
The normal high for the last week of March is 4 C. The average low is -7 C.
Friday should see sunny skies and a high of -5 C. A 60 per cent chance of flurries and a high around the freezing mark is forecast for Saturday.
