Novelist Miriam Toews, a former Manitoban, is stopping by the Winnipeg Free Press News Café to talk about All My Puny Sorrows, her latest novel, which will be released Tuesday.
Toews, raised in Steinbach and now based in Toronto, will be appearing at the café on Thursday at 10 a.m. She’ll be joined by Free Press books editor Ben MacPhee-Sigurdson for a conversation about her new novel, the story of a woman struggling to come to terms with her sister’s desire to die.
Toews will be at McNally Robinson Booksellers on Wednesday at 7 p.m. for the launch of All My Puny Sorrows.
