The clean-up from the Joe Mack era continued at Investors Group Field Thursday morning with the release of yet another two Mack draft picks who washed out for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Offensive lineman Tyson Pencer, who the former Bombers GM drafted third overall in 2012, and defensive back Kris Robertson, who Mack took 11th overall in 2013, were both cut Thursday morning.

Pencer dressed for seven games last season, but started just two of them. He missed the entire 2012 season with a shoulder injury.

Robertson missed all of the 2013 season with a knee injury.

Pencer and Robertson both played Monday night in a 24-22 Winnipeg pre-season loss to the Toronto Argonauts at IGF.

The Bombers on Thursday also released imports DL Louis Nzegwu, DL Stafford Gatling and OL Quentin Saulsberry.

The Bombers have to get their roster down to 65 players by Sunday. The club was back on the field at IGF Thursday morning, preparing for their final pre-season game this Saturday in Calgary.
