Hey there, time traveller!

Work has started on the first small section of a new dedicated bike lane running through The Forks.
By the May long weekend, the southwestern entrance to The Forks — a roadway connecting Main Street to The Forks Market — will feature a separated bike lane, Forks spokeswoman Chelsea Thomson said.
This is the start of a $160,000 dedicated bike lane that will connect the Main Street entrance to Esplanade Riel — and serve as a future link to the Assiniboine Bikeway.
The precise route of the path through The Forks has yet to be determined, Thomson said.
