NDP Leader Tom Mulcair makes his second campaign trip to Winnipeg Thursday morning.
He will make an announcement at 9:45 a.m. at the Operating Engineers Training Institute of Manitoba on Cree Crescent.
The institute provides training to heavy equipment and crane operators.
Later in the day, he travels to Edmonton.
Mulcair was last in the Manitoba capital on Aug. 20, when he addressed a campaign rally at the RBC Convention Centre.
