A busy off-season for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers continued Tuesday as the team announced two new signings.

A week after the Bombers acquired veteran standout receiver, Weston Dressler, Winnipeg has inked another former Saskatchewan Roughrider in 29-year-old defensive back Macho Harris. Harris (6-0, 200, Virginia Tech) has played all four of his CFL seasons with the Roughriders, playing in 44 games and starting in 41, including 16 starts last season. In those 16 games, he recorded 58 defensive tackles, three interceptions – all of which came in the same game – and one forced fumble.

The Bombers have also signed defensive end Shayon Green to the roster. Green (6-3, 265, Miami) played 31 games for the University of Miami Hurricanes, finishing his collegiate career with 143 tackles and three sacks. Since graduating after the 2013 season, the 24-year-old Green has spent time with the Miami Dolphins and most recently, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
