Green Party of Canada leader Elizabeth May will be the first federal leader to campaign in Manitoba’s provincial election.
May will stump Friday for Green candidates for four days before Manitobans go to the polls.
At noon Friday on the front lawn of the University of Winnipeg, May will support workers, students and anti-poverty groups at a rally for a living wage. At 7:30 p.m., she will attend a rally for Manitoba Greens and their leader, James Beddome.
