Forty-eight hours after being drafted second overall Friday night, Patrik Laine, Finnish hockey star and newest member of the NHL’s Winnipeg Jets, touched down in his new hockey home.

On Monday, he teamed up with Jets centre Mark Scheifele at the Niakawa Golf and Country Club for Scheifele’s golf tournament in support for Kid Sport Winnipeg.
