A man who witnesses saw jump from the fourth floor of Winnipeg Millennium Library on Thursday is dead, police have confirmed.
Police said no foul play is suspected.
Authorities had locked down the Donald Street library — the city’s largest — at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday.

It is expected to reopen Friday.
