City police have made a fifth arrest in the killing of William Sumner, who was shot to death on Father’s Day on Pritchard Avenue.
Leon Edward Patchinose, 29, faces a manslaughter charge.
The Winnipeg Police Service asked for the public’s help in finding him Wednesday, and officers arrested Patchinose on Thursday.
Gene Lester Joseph Malcolm, 33, and Jonathan Erin Catcheway, 28, were charged with manslaughter earlier.
Cameron Kinnavanthong, 32, was arrested five days after the shooting and charged with second-degree murder.
Nicole Johnston, 23, is charged with accessory after the fact.
