Two men were stabbed and a woman assaulted outside The Forks Market early Wednesday morning.
The double-stabbing comes just days after a father and daughter were assaulted outside the market building at the popular downtown gathering space and tourist area.
The Winnipeg Police Service said officers raced to the reported stabbing at about 12:30 a.m.
Officers found three victims, all in their 20s. Two men who had been stabbed were rushed to hospital in critical condition, but both were later upgraded to stable condition.
The third victim, a woman, hadn’t been stabbed but was treated for minor injuries, police said.
With the help of tactical officers, six suspects were found in the area — four youths and two adults.
No charges have yet been laid as major crimes investigators continue to probe the attack.

On Monday, police responded to the parking lot directly adjacent to the market building at about 8 p.m. for an assault in progress.
Police located the father and daughter who said they were confronted by a group of unfamiliar girls. After demanding cash, the suspects began to punch, and later kick, the man on the head when he didn’t respond to their commands.
The man’s daughter called 911 and then the group attacked her, smashing her cellphone before running away.
Officers quickly found three suspects and arrested them, while others fled, police said. The man was taken to hospital in stable condition.
One of the two victims was visiting Winnipeg from out of town, police told the Free Press.
“There’s obviously going to be some (closed circuit television footage), there’s security around, and there will be an abundance of witnesses around,” police spokeswoman Const. Dani McKinnon said Tuesday of the Monday robbery attempt.
“But the people perpetuating these crimes are just getting more and more brazen.”
