The Dream Charity Golf Tournament is definitely set to support an extremely worthy cause. Funds raised during the August 31st tournament will go to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. The foundation assists vulnerable Veterans struggling to re-enter civilian life. They often face homelessness. Monies raised at the Dream Charity Golf Tournament will assist in creating The Winnipeg Veteran’s Village. The village will consist of 20 tiny homes, with onsite wrap around services to create a safe, communal spaces. The expectation is that the veterans will be counseled and trained to rejoin civilian life.
To help the foundation’s cause, Dream Retirement Planning Ltd, — the presenting sponsor of the tournament – has partnered with Dream Charity Golf Tournament. The Texas Scramble format will be held at Bel Acres Golf and Country Club. You can expect tee box gifts, lunch, refreshments, dinner and a silent auction to enhance the tournament fun. A foursome is only $750 and singles are $200. Whether you’re a low handicapper or barely know which club does what, your participation is appreciated so that we can help fund this important cause.
