Winnipeg’s first baby of 2023 was born just minutes after the clock struck midnight.
Ibadat Kaur Samra was born at Health Sciences Centre at 12:11 a.m. on Jan. 1, Shared Health tweeted Sunday.
She is a daughter to proud parents Gurpreet Dhaliwal and Jaskiran Samra and weighed six pounds, eight ounces.
