Belle Jarniewski, the executive director of the Jewish Heritage Centre and a member of the Canadian delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, says it is ‘unconscionable’ to compare vaccine mandates and passports and other COVID-19 restrictions to the suffering of Jews during the Holocaust.
