WINNIPEG — After a balmy spell and then a blizzard, Winnipeg weather is back to normal for January, with sunshine and bitter cold.
Environment Canada says today’s high will reach -16 C but will feel like -32 thanks to a 20-kilometre-per-hour west wind.
Tonight, the forecast calls for cloudy periods with 40 per cent chance of flurries. Sunshine is expected for the rest of the week as well as more normal temperatures. The normal high for this time of year in Winnipeg is -12 C
