Hey there, time traveller!

ENNS Brothers Ltd. will take over the John Deere turf and commercial equipment contract for the City of Winnipeg as well as the John Deere Golf Equipment contract for the Province of Manitoba and northwestern Ontario.
Both of those pieces of work had formerly been held by Guertin Equipment’s operation in the southeast corner of the city.
Guertin Equipment continues to operate but without the Deere line.
Dave Enns, Enns Brothers’ vice-president in charge of turf and recreational products, said the golf products will be offered out of its Oak Bluff location to service all of Manitoba and northwestern Ontario.
The location will also handle the turf and commercial equipment for the city contract. Effective Feb. 1, 2016, the line will be added to Enns Brothers’ 925 Lagimodiere Blvd. location, which currently sells recreational products.
Enns said some of the Guertin Equipment staff have been hired by Enns Brothers and will be added to its Lagimodiere site that previously had not handled Deere equipment.
It will bring to nine the number of Enns Brothers locations in the province handling John Deere equipment.
Enns Brothers Ltd. has 10 locations in Manitoba and northwestern Ontario and more that 370 employees.
