Hey there, time traveller!

A week after the company changed its name from Miraculins Inc. to Luminor Medical Technologies Inc. the Winnipeg medical device company’s long-time CEO has stepped down.
Christopher Moreau has been the company’s president and CEO for nine years. He was at the helm when it acquired the Scout non-invasive pre-diabetes screening technology that the company has been unsuccessfully trying to commercialize for the past three years.
Moreau is being succeeded by Christian Sauvageau, a former vice-president at Merck Canada. His bio says he has national and international experience and has been instrumental in launching major brands in several different therapeutic areas.
In a statement, Harry Bloomfield, chairman of the Luminor board, said, “The board wishes to recognize Chris Moreau’s outstanding vision and determination for the last nine years in his role as president and CEO and we are grateful to him for his focused leadership, integrity and extraordinary personal commitment through many challenging years and difficult capital markets.”
