Walmart Canada has announced it’s launching free grocery pick up service in select stores in the province.
Starting Aug. 14, the service will allow consumers at six locations to shop for their groceries online at walmart.ca/grocery, or through the Walmart app, and pick up from those six locations the same day. Customers’ orders are loaded directly into their vehicles at the store.
The launch complements Walmart’s other shopping offerings, such as grocery delivery, free shipping to store for non-grocery items (electronics, apparel, etc.) and more than one million items available at walmart.ca.
The free grocery pick up service will be available at the following stores:
• Brandon Walmart Supercentre
• Grant Park Walmart Supercentre
• Regent West Walmart Supercentre
• St. Vital Walmart Supercentre
• Winnipeg North Walmart Supercentre
• Winnipeg South Walmart Supercentre
