WestJet has restarted daily flights to Montreal from Winnipeg.
The frequent route launched Monday and will continue throughout the year, WestJet announced. It’s the latest in a number of paths the airliner has kick-started in Winnipeg.
This summer, WestJet will offer 185 weekly departures from the Manitoba capital — an 18 per cent increase in seat capacity from the year prior.
Twice-weekly flights to Kelowna, B.C., and Victoria are set to begin June 24 and 25, respectively. Those routes will end in the fall.
WestJet is advertising flights to Atlanta five times per week this summer. Three flights per week will leave for Los Angeles, and two for Las Vegas.
