Winnipeg is the newest home of Toronto Kids Fashion Week, joining cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and New York.

During events held by Toronto Kids Fashion Week, children and youth strut down a runway showcasing collections by kids clothes designers.

Model casting will happen Sunday at the Fort Garry Hotel. Judges are seeking children and youth ages three to 18. The company promotes itself as inclusive; models with cerebral palsy and Down syndrome have taken its runways. It’s unclear what time casting will begin.

A Winnipeg fashion show date hasn’t yet been publicized. Calgary and Edmonton held shows earlier this month. Adidas and Zara are among Toronto Kids Fashion Week’s partners.

The company launched in 2018. It touts itself as one of Canada’s largest children’s fashion platforms and counts 27 seasons in operation.
